MES Automation will not collect any personal data about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or email address) unless you choose to voluntarily provide us with it (e.g. registration, surveys, etc.)

MES Automation is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites. Under no circumstances will we share your customer information with anyone other than those directly involved with the purchase and shipping of your order, and unless you give us explicit permission to do so.

Non-personal data collected automatically

When you access our website, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (for example, type of Internet browser and operating system used, the IP address, the domain name of the website from which you you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages visited). We use this data to monitor web interaction, analyze trends, improve performance and content, and study customer needs more closely. This will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection legal framework.

Purpose of Use

When you provide us with your personal information, we generally use it to respond to your inquiries, process your orders or provide you with access to specific information or offers. Also, to improve our relationship with you:

  • It is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activities, such as voluntary attacks against MES Automation IT systems.

What type of cookies does MES Automation use?

In general, our cookies perform up to three different functions:

1. Essential Cookies

Some cookies are essential for the operation of our website. For example, some cookies allow us to identify subscribers and ensure they can access “registration or subscription only” pages. If a subscriber chooses to disable cookies, the user will not be able to access all of the content that a subscription entitles them to.

2. Cookies Performance

We use other cookies to analyze how our visitors use our websites and to monitor web performance. This allows us to deliver a high-quality experience by personalizing our offering and quickly identifying and resolving any issues that arise. For example, we may use performance cookies to track which pages are the most popular, whose method of linking between pages is most effective, and to determine why some pages are receiving error messages. We may also use these cookies to highlight articles or services on the site that we think will be of interest to you, based on your use of the website.

3. Functionality Cookies

We use functionality cookies to allow us to remember your preferences. For example, cookies save you the hassle of typing your username each time you access the site, and remember your personalization preferences, such as the regional edition of the website you want to see when you log in.

We also use functionality cookies to offer you better services, such as allowing you to watch a video online.

We also use or allow third parties to serve cookies that fall into the three categories above. For example, like many companies, we use Google Analytics to help monitor our website traffic. We may also use third-party cookies to help us with market research, revenue tracking, improving site functionality and monitoring compliance with the terms and conditions and copyright policy.

Can a website block user cookies?

As we have explained above, cookies help you get the most out of our websites.

However, if you wish to disable our cookies, please follow the following instructions from major browser providers:

- Instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.

- Instructions for Mozilla Firefox.

- Instructions for Google Chrome.

- Instructions for Apple Safari.

Please remember that if you choose to disable cookies, certain sections of our website may not function properly.
