  1. Identifies customer needs and serves as a facilitator in customer purchasing decisions.
  2. Its objective is to build a relationship with the client, based on trust, service and understanding of needs.
  3. Customer service and prospecting (Leads generated by the marketing department), with the aim of obtaining information about their needs and defining the solution we should offer.
  4. Product quotes and simple solutions to customers and integrators.
  5. Perform technical evaluations of product alternatives.
  6. Registers the Lead in the CRM, turning it into an opportunity for the account manager to follow it.

  5. Prepare all the necessary documentation to process customer purchase orders: Customer Data, Value Proposition (Products and Services Offered), Purchase Order, Product Costs or partner services if applicable.
  6. Carry out the activity of searching for sales opportunities through:
    • Visits to clients, located in industrial areas
    • Results of Marketing Scripts and Email Campaigns
    • Lead analyzed by the Technical Support team
  7. Carry out planning of the activities to be carried out in each of the accounts.

  1. Establish and operate the necessary measures to guarantee that the accounting system is designed so that its operation facilitates the control of assets, liabilities, income, costs, expenses, and in general in a way that allows the effectiveness and efficiency of the business to be measured.
  2. Carry out Accounting Control and Monitoring: Checks issued, Invoices Issued, Accounts Payable and Receivable as well as the company's expense accounts.
  3. Perform the monthly bank reconciliation to justify the differences between the bank statements or statements Vs entries recorded in the accounting system and determine the differences and their causes.
  4. Responsible for issuing MONTHLY financial reports of the company: Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statements and giving recommendations to maximize the value of the company for shareholders.
  5. Carry out adequate administration and filing of the company's accounting documentation: Income, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxes and current expenses of the company.
  6. Maintain detailed control of cash flow inflow and outflow movements,
