MES system for real-time production management of Coca-Cola FEMSA

It is a leading company in the beverage industry operating as Coca-Cola FEMSA, the largest public bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world, with a presence in 10 Latin American countries.
Its plant in Villahermosa required a Manufacturing Execution System in order to have a vision, in real time, of the main production indicators. The system was implemented in 7 production lines including the areas: simple syrup, finished syrup, process and waste water treatment, CIP's.
